Our Exam Pass Guarantee
Our goal is simple — to get you licensed. We built Advanced Real Pro because we believed the existing options could be done better, and we back that belief with a guarantee that has no fine print.
We believe in our curriculum. If we couldn’t get you there, you shouldn’t pay for it.
If you complete your course and do not pass both RECA pre-licensing exam attempts, we will refund your full course purchase price — no conditions, no deductions.
How the RECA Exam Process Works
RECA permits two attempts at the pre-licensing exam within three months of your eligibility date. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.
If you do not pass both attempts, RECA requires you to re-enrol in a pre-licensing course before attempting the exam again. Our guarantee is triggered at this point.
Guarantee Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our exam pass guarantee, you must:
- Have purchased a course through advancedrealpro.ca
- Have completed the course and been marked Ready for Exam by Advanced Real Pro
- Have attempted and failed both RECA pre-licensing exam attempts
How to Make a Claim
To claim your refund:
- Contact us via the Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your second exam attempt result
- We will follow up to confirm eligibility and request any supporting documentation required
- Your full refund will be processed within 7 business days of verification
If extenuating circumstances prevent you from contacting us within 14 days, reach out and we will review your situation.
Refund Amount — Single Course
Your full course purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. No deductions will be made for payment processing fees or any other charges.
Please note that RECA exam fees are paid directly to RECA and are not refundable by Advanced Real Pro.
Refund Amount — Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a bundle and did not pass both exam attempts for the first course in the bundle:
- You will receive a full refund of the bundle purchase price
- Re-enrolment access at no additional cost applies to the failed course only, not the second course in the bundle
If you passed the first course exam but did not pass both exam attempts for the second course:
- You will receive a partial refund calculated as: bundle purchase price minus the standalone price of the first course
- Re-enrolment access at no additional cost applies to the second course only
Re-Enrolment After a Bundle Refund
If you received a full bundle refund, re-enrolled in the first course at no cost, and subsequently passed — you are welcome to enrol in the second course at a price equal to the original bundle price minus the standalone price of the first course. This preserves the original bundle discount and reflects our commitment to fair and transparent pricing.
Your Options After a Refund
A refund does not affect your ability to continue your licensing journey. You are welcome to re-enrol with Advanced Real Pro at no additional cost, or pursue your licensing through another provider — the choice is entirely yours.
Standard Refund Policy
Outside of the exam pass guarantee, we do not offer refunds once course access has been granted, as course content is delivered digitally and access is immediate upon enrolment confirmation.
If you have not yet been granted course access — for example, if your myRECA ID could not be verified — no charge will have been made and no refund request is necessary.
For billing errors or technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
