This website, advancedrealpro.ca, and its associated online learning platform (collectively, “the Site”) is operated by Practic Systems Corp., doing business as Advanced Real Pro (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and purchase courses. By purchasing a course, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for confirming that you meet all RECA eligibility requirements prior to purchase, including age, language proficiency, and educational prerequisites. Advanced Real Pro does not verify RECA eligibility beyond confirming a valid myRECA ID as part of the enrolment process.

Course Enrolment and Payment

All course purchases are one-time transactions. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
To enrol, you must provide a valid myRECA ID. Upon completing your purchase, your payment method will be authorized but not charged. Your authorization will only be captured — and course access granted — after we have verified your myRECA ID. If your myRECA ID cannot be verified, your authorization will be released and no charge will be made.
By submitting a purchase, you authorize us to verify your myRECA ID with RECA prior to processing payment.

Access and Licence

Upon successful enrolment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access your purchased course content for personal educational use only.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise provide access to course content to any third party.
Each course licence is issued to a single individual. Account sharing or simultaneous access from multiple devices or locations is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

By accessing course content, you agree to the Advanced Real Pro Code of Conduct, presented within the platform prior to commencing any lessons. The Code of Conduct is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund, and may be reported to RECA where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

RECA Reporting Obligations

Advanced Real Pro is obligated to report certain conduct violations to RECA. By enrolling, you acknowledge that we may disclose information about your enrolment and conduct to RECA as required.

Exam Pass Guarantee

We stand behind our courses with an unconditional exam pass guarantee. Full terms of the guarantee, including how to make a claim, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within courses — including text, video, audio, quizzes, and other materials — is the property of Practic Systems Corp. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Practic Systems Corp., its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or course content.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
